EXPOMAX (CHINA) EXHIBITION TENT CO.,LTD was founded in 2014 by Mr. Tao Yunfu, who entered the tent technology field in 2003 after a mechanical engineering career. His early work on tent structure design, production and site installation shaped the company around one practical goal: helping customers build reliable temporary spaces for real operating needs.
Today, our experienced team supports projects from early consultation and layout advice to customized production, packing, container loading, international logistics, installation guidance and after-sales service. Whether the project is used for storage, events, sports, workshops or special venues, we focus on clear communication, workable details and responsible support until the structure is ready for use.

Full Container Loose Loading
For full-container shipments, long aluminum profiles and large frame components can be loaded directly into the container with practical stacking and protection, making better use of container space for complete tent projects.
Bundled Packing for LCL
For shared-container or smaller shipments, frame parts are bundled, wrapped and strapped to reduce movement during transport. Package marks can be matched with the packing list for easier checking on arrival.
Wooden Crate Packing
For accessories, delicate parts or customer-requested protection, wooden crate packing can be used to improve handling safety and keep key components organized during international transport.

How will the tent be packed and loaded?
Aluminum profiles, PVC fabric, wall panels and accessories are packed by category. We can provide package numbering, packing lists and loading photos so the customer can check the shipment clearly after arrival.

How long does production usually take?
Lead time depends on span, length, fabric, wall system and customization level. For each project, we confirm drawings, material details and delivery schedule before production, then keep the customer updated during manufacturing.

Can you help if our team has never installed this before?
Yes. We can provide installation drawings, installation guidance and remote support. For projects that need stronger site support, EXPOMAX can also arrange engineers to assist with local installation.

How do you handle structure safety and local weather?
We review project size, usage, site conditions and local climate before making recommendations. Structure, fabric, anchoring and enclosure options can be adjusted for wind, snow, sun exposure and long-term use requirements.
