Case 01 · Temporary Workshop
18m x 30m temporary factory workshop in Memphis, Tennessee.
This overseas project provided a transitional spray workshop for a factory in Memphis. The client needed a temporary-to-semi-permanent working space for two to three years, with a clean enclosure, practical access and enough height for workshop operations.
Project Challenge
This was the client's first purchase of a temporary structure, so installation confidence was the key issue. The workshop also needed to work as a practical transitional spray area, with durable enclosure materials and clear vehicle access.

EXPOMAX supplied an 18m by 30m aluminum frame workshop with 6m eave height, white PVC roof fabric, white ABS wall panels and two rolling doors. An engineer was sent to the local site to assist the customer through installation.

18m x 30m outdoor wedding tent for a hotel venue in Birmingham, UK.
This overseas project created a covered outdoor wedding and banquet space for a hotel in Birmingham. The client needed a refined temporary venue that could support formal dining, wedding decoration and guest reception while connecting naturally with the hotel's outdoor area.

A hotel wedding tent must look elegant enough for formal events while still performing as a reliable temporary structure outdoors. The tent also needed to handle local weather conditions and give the client confidence for repeated event use.

20m x 40m waterfront banquet tent for a well-known resort in the Philippines.
This overseas project created a covered outdoor banquet venue for a well-known resort in the Philippines. Positioned beside waterfront architecture and open resort scenery, the structure needed to provide reliable shade and weather protection while fitting the visual atmosphere of a high-profile hospitality setting.
Project Challenge
The tent had to cover a large banquet area without blocking the resort's open waterfront feeling. The appearance also mattered: it needed to sit comfortably beside decorative resort architecture and support formal events with many guests.

EXPOMAX supplied a 20m by 40m clear-span party tent for the outdoor banquet area. According to client feedback, a presidential-level guest attended an event held under the tent, showing the project's suitability for high-profile hospitality use.
Case 04 · Warehouse Tent
8,000 sqm warehouse tent project in Hefei, Anhui.
This project created additional storage capacity beside an existing industrial facility. The client needed large covered space that could be installed faster than permanent construction while keeping each building independent for logistics and operational management.
Project Challenge
The site required multiple large storage spaces with clear vehicle circulation between buildings. Each tent needed to stand independently instead of being one connected block, which made layout planning and installation sequencing important.

Four 25m span aluminum frame tents were built separately, each with an 80m length and 4m eave height. The modular structure provided large covered storage space, wide entrance options and a clean layout for cargo movement.
Case 05 · Exhibition Tent
Liu Cixin sci-fi exhibition tent for special model displays.
Built for a themed sci-fi exhibition in Hefei, this project required a stable long-term venue with a strong visual identity. The fabric color was customized with a khaki exterior and black interior to match the exhibition atmosphere.
Project Challenge
The exhibition needed more than a standard white event tent. The venue had to support long-term public use, fit the sci-fi theme and provide a dark interior environment for model displays and lighting effects.

Case 06 · Wedding Party Tent
20m span outdoor wedding tent for banquet and guest reception in Chengde.
This project was planned for an outdoor wedding venue in Chengde, where the client needed a temporary event space that could protect guests from weather while still keeping a bright, elegant and open celebration atmosphere.
Project Challenge
The wedding space needed to feel refined instead of industrial. At the same time, the outdoor site required reliable cover, clean guest circulation and enough flexibility for banquet tables, lighting, decor and reception functions.

EXPOMAX planned a modular aluminum wedding tent with a clean white exterior, event flooring, decorative drapery and lighting options. The clear-span structure keeps the interior open for banquet layouts, decoration and guest movement.
Case 07 · Party Tent
10m x 30m white party tent for a recurring lawn market in Suzhou Wujiang.
The client wanted to set up multiple tents on a grass lawn for a market-style event. The tent needed to look clean and bright for visitors, stay within a limited budget and support long-term use with repeated dismantling and reinstallation.
Project Challenge
The event budget was limited and the site was grass instead of concrete, with an uneven surface that made anchoring important. The client also requested a white painted frame and selected roof fabric with clear windows for a more refined look.
EXPOMAX Solution
EXPOMAX used a 48 x 100 x 3mm aluminum profile to meet the space requirement while controlling cost. Our installation team built the tent on site and fixed it with ground stakes, solving the grass surface and uneven ground conditions.
Case 08 · Sports Tent
18m x 40m semi-permanent basketball and badminton sports tent in Changzhou.
The client needed a semi-permanent sports venue on their own site, with enough clear space for both basketball and badminton activities. The structure had to support long-term fixed use while keeping the indoor lighting comfortable for daily play.
Project Challenge
The interior had to fit both badminton and basketball use, which meant planning the span, length and eave height around sport activity space. Lighting was also important: direct sunlight needed control, but the venue still had to stay bright enough for daytime use without relying on lights.
EXPOMAX Solution
EXPOMAX supplied an 18m by 40m sports tent with 5m eave height, sliding doors and a mixed gray-white roof. The gray opaque fabric blocks stronger sunlight, while the white translucent fabric brings in natural daylight to reduce daily lighting costs for sports use.
